These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Lookbook Suite AI website, web application, and related services (collectively, the “Service”), operated by Lookbook Suite AI (“Lookbook Suite,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Service, creating an account, joining the waitlist, or purchasing a subscription, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. The Service
Lookbook Suite AI is a web-based platform designed to help users create fashion and e-commerce marketing assets using AI tools. Features include product-to-model generation, shoot building, creative variations, and related workflows.
2. Eligibility (Strict 18+)
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. The Service is intended for professional and commercial use. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the capacity to form a binding contract.
3. Accounts and Security
You need an account to access features. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
4. Subscriptions, Credits, and Billing
We offer various plans (e.g., Basic, Pro, Studio, Enterprise). If you purchase a subscription or credits, you agree to pay the fees shown at checkout.
Credits: Credits are consumed based on the generation type (e.g., standard vs. high-res).
Expiration: Unless otherwise stated in your plan, credits reset each billing cycle and unused credits do not roll over.
No Refunds: Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. If you cancel, you retain access until the end of your current billing period.
Pricing Changes: We may update pricing with notice, but changes will apply to the next billing cycle.
5. Your Content and Responsibilities
“User Content” includes anything you upload (product images, brand assets) and the outputs you generate. You are solely responsible for your User Content and confirm that:
You own the rights or have permission to use the images you upload.
You have legally required consent from any models or individuals appearing in your uploads.
Your use does not violate any laws or third-party rights.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to create or upload content that is illegal or harmful, including:
Pornography, sexually explicit content, or nudity involving minors.
Hate speech, harassment, or incitement to violence.
Deepfakes intended to mislead or deceive.
Infringement of trademarks (e.g., unauthorized use of luxury brand logos).
You also agree not to:
Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code.
Scrape or crawl the Service without permission.
Use the Service to build a competing AI product.
7. Ownership and License
Your Inputs: You retain all rights to the images you upload.
Your Outputs: To the extent permitted by law, you own the commercial rights to the images you generate, subject to these Terms.
Our License: You grant Lookbook Suite a limited license to host, process, and display your User Content solely to operate the Service and generate your results.
8. AI Outputs and Accuracy
AI technology is experimental. You acknowledge that:
Outputs may sometimes be inaccurate or contain artifacts.
We do not guarantee that outputs are unique (e.g., generic backgrounds may look similar for other users).
You are responsible for reviewing all images for compliance and accuracy before using them commercially.
9. AI Training and Data Usage
We respect your creative work.
No Public Training: We do not use your uploaded product photos or generated images to train public or generative AI models without your explicit consent.
Service Improvement: We may use de-identified, aggregated data (such as "usage count" or "error rates") to improve the reliability of the Service.
10. Biometric Data
Lookbook Suite is not a facial recognition service. We do not strictly identify individuals. If you upload images containing people, we process those images only to perform the requested visual transformation (e.g., model swapping). You warrant that you have the consent of any individuals in your photos.
11. Termination
You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings. We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you violate these Terms (e.g., generating illegal content) or fail to pay fees.
12. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law:
Lookbook Suite is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of profits or data).
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the three (3) months before the claim.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the applicable federal laws of Canada. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in British Columbia, Canada.
